Our Instructors
Suvali
I guide individuals on a journey toward embodied wholeness - reconnecting mind and body through therapeutic movement and somatic awareness. My work offers a safe, supportive space to:
Reconnect with the body’s intelligence
Discover inner strength and resilience
Improve postural alignment and mobility
Explore more efficient, easeful movement
Grounded in the understanding that mind and body are inseparable, our work together reveals how emotional and psychological patterns live in the body—and how mindful movement can help shift those patterns, building new resources from within. Over time, clients often develop:
Increased self-trust
Emotional resilience
A grounded, integrated sense of self
-
Professional Background
I bring over 30 years of teaching experience across diverse movement and somatic disciplines. My training includes:
Personal & Group Fitness Training
Pilates
Hatha & Restorative Yoga
Somatic Movement Therapy
Myofascial Body Rolling (Jill Miller / Tom Myers approaches)
Brain and Sensory Foundations
Dance & Expressive Movement
In 2024, I completed Practitioner-Level Somatic Psychotherapy training with Bodynamic International (Austria), and I am currently completing the Therapist Level.
Bodynamics is a trauma-informed, developmentally based somatic psychotherapy model rooted in psychomotoric development—the link between cognitive-emotional function and muscular development. This approach supports emotional healing by resourcing the muscular system and cultivating a stable, relational foundation.
Areas of Specialization
I support individuals navigating a wide range of physical and psychological challenges, including:
Postural and movement imbalances
Surgical recovery: laminectomy, joint replacements, hysterectomy, open-heart surgery, pelvic floor repair
Prenatal and postnatal care
Chronic conditions: scoliosis, hypermobility (EDS), osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, parkinsons
Pain and injury: whiplash, bulging discs, plantar fasciitis, sciatic pain, SI joint dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome
Trauma and nervous system dysregulation: PTSD, developmental trauma
A Global Perspective
Having lived and practiced across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, and India, I bring a globally attuned lens to my work. I meet each client with deep presence, curiosity, and respect for the body's innate capacity to heal.
Whether you're recovering from trauma, healing from injury, or seeking a deeper sense of self through movement, I support you in reclaiming your embodied wholeness.

Tara
Tara is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and Kinesiologist with specialized training in pre- and postnatal health, Pilates, and manual therapy techniques. She combines science-based exercise programming with mindful movement to help clients restore balance, reduce pain, and move with greater ease and confidence.
Her approach integrates active rehabilitation, Pilates-based movement, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)—a gentle, assisted technique that targets the fascia and joint capsules to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance overall mobility. FST is especially effective in addressing chronic stiffness, restoring range of motion, and relieving pain.
-
Tara works with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, or managing conditions such as low back pain. She is also passionate about preventative health, helping clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness to reduce the risk of injury and support optimal movement in daily life.
As a mother of two, Tara has a deep understanding of the physical and emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum. She brings compassion, expertise, and a holistic perspective to her work, believing that movement is one of the most powerful tools for healing, resilience, and lifelong wellbeing. She’s dedicated to helping clients feel more connected to their bodies and confident in how they move—through all stages of life.
